How we’ll work together

Coaching is a three month commitment with weekly 1-1 sessions plus in vivo experiments that drive your transformation from burnout to breakthrough. We'll work together to establish which of the tools work best for you personally.

Learn self regulation techniques that make an immediate to your sense of control and well being. Unblock limiting beliefs. Process painful past learning is a protective process that release our anxious responses to our personal triggers. Develop a system to create sustainable change outside of your comfort zone in a safe environment. We can do it all, as every session is bespoke for you.
